About

This is a blog that I, Pastor Pete, keep specifically to communicate with the people of Nobleford CRC as long as I am their Specialized Transitional Minister (STM).

At this time, if all things unfold as humans have planned, I will start engaging in the work there on or about April 16th 2013.

As usual for blogs I keep, all pictures I use are either taken by myself or someone I know.

I was wondering if I can get permission to use this image I found on this site for Easter related things at church: 2,000 postcards to be distributed locally (in Wagga Wagga, NSW, Australia), plus graphics for church projector and possibly on website.
Can you let me know straight away of this is possible?

Sure Sandy, feel free to use it. It is a ‘theme’ area I collect pictures of, “growth out of stumps”, because of its hopefulness and because of it being a biblical image of Jesus. So if it can be used to support Easter themes, that excites me! I have more like it as well that I can share with you. I would appreciate my name being associated with the picture if used.
The one you ask about it taken at a place called Moorecroft, near Nanoose Bay just outside of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island.
